Yoga at Mendocino Grove

    Sunday 8AM - 9AM | Thursday 5:30PM -6:30PM

  • All equipment included: mats, blocks, towels and heaters on chilly mornings.

  • Held indoors in our new Geodesic Dome or outdoors on the Yoga Deck.

  • Each session is $12 per guest. Purchase a GUEST pass for a discounted rate while lodging. We recommend signing up in advance to secure your spot.

  • Private sessions available. Call us in advance (707.880.7710) or stop by the office when you arrive.
