We hold "limiting beliefs" without even knowing it. This three-day yoga retreat with Instructor Ashley Darling is designed to help you identify, shift, and let go of limiting beliefs for a clearer view of your reality. Expect daily yoga and guided meditation, coupled with self-reflective journaling and team exercises to develop a higher-level consciousness. Class size is limited to 20 so make your reservation soon.

Your retreat package includes:

  • A two night, three day stay in a tent of your choice - Price may vary according to tent type - Bluff View tents for example run a little bit more…Easy Access a little less. Follow this link for more information about tent options.

  • Daily yoga and meditation sessions led by Ashley Darling starting upon your arrival on September 2.

  • Limiting Beliefs interactive teachings and workbook

  • Generous Continental Breakfast and Dinner around the Campfire. A mid-day break gives participants a chance to venture into the town of Mendocino for Lunch

  • First Select the dates of the Retreat - September 2 & 3 (departing September 4)

  • Next select a tent type - the price you’ve been quoted is for a Standard Classic Tent

  • Once you’ve selected a tent type, continue to check-out. At this point you will be taken to a selection of final “add-ons”. From this list add “Ashley Darling Retreat” to your cart. This is the cost of food and instruction.

  • Your reservation will be confirmed at time of payment

As a previous dancer and dance instructor, Ashley has trained with master teachers like Bryan Kest and Krishna Das. She has taught around the country from Boston to Los Angeles, until moving to Wine Country in 2016. She is grateful to be surrounded by natural beauty, sharing the unshakeable truths embedded in yoga.
