Full Immersion
Begin the day with the camp’s complimentary breakfast, followed by a morning Vinyasa practice designed to awaken the body and breath. After brunch a spacious reset opens within the retreat day with a guided mindfulness walk through the property to the Big River for a cold plunge, followed by time to warm up in the dry sauna. Guests then move into a Choose-Your-Own-Adventure window to relax, explore the Mendocino coast, journal, book a massage, or connect with others. Optional workshop for those looking for more afternoon guidance.
The day closes with a restorative yoga and sound healing practice, inviting deep relaxation and integration. We gather for another communal dinner for the evening meal.
