With over 15 years of professional cooking experience, Garrick has worked in kitchens and pizzerias throughout North America, South America, and Europe, developing a deep respect for traditional techniques and regional ingredients.

His approach to pizza is rooted in the craft of wood-fired cooking and carefully developed doughs that require time, precision, and patience. Influenced by Mediterranean and Latin flavors, Garrick’s menus reflect both the places he has cooked and the communities he serves.
