Garrick Tallman is the owner and founder of Caletta Fire, a wood-fired pizza trailer based on the Mendocino Coast. With over 15 years of professional cooking experience, Garrick has worked in kitchens and pizzerias throughout North America, South America, and Europe, developing a deep respect for traditional techniques and regional ingredients.
His approach to pizza is rooted in the craft of wood-fired cooking and carefully developed doughs that require time, precision, and patience. Influenced by Mediterranean and Latin flavors, Garrick’s menus reflect both the places he has cooked and the communities he serves.

Kathy Fang is renowned for her distinctive approach to Chinese cuisine at her family’s acclaimed restaurants Fang and House of Nanking, as well as for her national TV appearances on “CHOPPED” and “Chef Dynasty: House of Fang.” Her Chinese-inspired, multi-course dinner will be enhanced by thoughtfully selected wines from three exceptional wineries: PlumpJack Winery, CADE Estate Winery, and Odette Estate Winery—all part of the PlumpJack Collection of Wineries, a focused portfolio of world-class, award-winning Napa Valley-based wineries. Guests will also receive a signed copy of Fang's upcoming cookbook, House of Nanking: Family Recipes from San Francisco's Favorite Chinese Restaurant, so they can bring home some inspiration and a memento of the evening.
