Inner Refuge with Sarah Koh
Hearts Resolve & Souls Intention
Part of the self-guided Wellness Weekend
A workshop to create internal space for the mind to release its patterns of grasping while inviting the nervous system into a felt sense of inner refuge.
Through intentional practices, energetics, nervous system regulation techniques, prompted journaling, and Yoga Nidra with sankalpa, you will be guided to reconnect with yourself and allow your deeper heart's purpose to naturally emerge.
Yoga Nidra is a guided practice in which the body rests deeply while awareness is gently led inward through layers of sensation, breath, and consciousness, allowing the mind to quiet and deeper levels of insight and inner knowing to arise. During this practice, you will be invited to plant a sankalpa, a Sanskrit word meaning "heart's resolve" or "souls intention", not as a goal to achieve, but as an inner compass that takes root, anchoring you in your deepest inner knowing.
Bring a journal and pen.
