Candlelit Yin & Deep Restoration with Sarah Koh

Part of the self-guided Wellness Weekend

A deeply replenishing candlelit practice to unwind tension and return you to your natural inner rhythm. Blending gentle Yin yoga, restorative postures, and guided relaxation, this class offers a full-body reset.

Long-held postures encourage the release of deep fascial tension while calming the nervous system, creating space for deep rest. Throughout the practice, calming aromatherapy and optional gentle hands-on support enhance relaxation and deepen the restorative experience.

Expect a practice that is non-performative, deeply attuned, energetically cleansing, and accessible to all levels. We close the evening with a shared cup of herbal tea, offering a quiet moment to integrate, ground, and ease back into the rest of your night.
