Arrival: Soups, fresh bread, chocolate, misc snacks

5:30pm — Dinner: Taco plates including carnitas, rice, beans & toppings plus apple crisp a’la mode

11:00pm — Late night: BBQ, hot cocoa, s'mores

9:00am — Breakfast: Oatmeal bar with fresh fruit, banana bread, boiled eggs and warm beverages.

12:30pm — Lunch: Creamy tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwiches

5:30pm — Dinner: Slow cooked beef bolognese lasagne with garden salad, bread butter. Sundae bar

Late night: BBQ, hot cocoa, s'mores

9:00am — Breakfast: Polenta bowls with chorizo, wilted greens, egg and toppings, plus fresh fruit, coffee, tea, hot cocoa

4:00pm — Illuminated Flower Crowns, Macrame, & Essential Oil Aerosol Sprays

1:00pm — Shibouri Dyeing, Leather Making
