Meditation in Motion with Sarah Koh
Part of the self-guided Wellness Weekend
Where breath becomes the anchor and slow, intentional movement becomes your pathway inward. What is happening in your body, your thoughts, and your emotions? Together, we'll create space to bring these into greater cohesion, helping you to find your center, cultivate grounding, and reconnect with your inner calm.
Learn how to regulate your nervous system while cultivating greater ease, resilience, and presence. Root inward, listen deeply, and respond authentically to what your body needs, creating space to reconnect with yourself.
Leave feeling physically restored, centered, mentally clear, energetically renewed, and deeply reset.
